All 9 original App Runner services (both prod and UAT) are now fully migrated to ECS Fargate as of Sept 18, 2026 — Track 3.1 of the cost-reduction plan is complete. Old App Runner services are kept running (not deleted) for a one-week rollback window per the migration's own staged-rollout rule; their cost is not yet removed from the account and will drop out entirely once decommissioned. See EZRECRUIT_INFRA_COST_REDUCTION_PLAN.md §3.1b for the full per-service pricing math.
Next lever: Graviton/ARM64 proven, not yet rolled out
shown net of its own cost, not gross
Moving the Fargate fleet from x86 to ARM64 is proven end-to-end (real authenticated request, byte-identical response) but not yet rolled out fleet-wide — UAT images are seeded, rollout in progress. Full-fleet it's a flat 20% off compute: $95.14/mo gross. That's not the number to quote — it ignores the Secrets Manager cost the migration itself requires (moving baked-in config out of each image): 37 entries so far at $0.40/mo each, rising to ~$23/mo once prod migrates. Net: $80.34/mo (~₹6,990/mo). Once fully rolled out, combined realized position becomes $340.87 + $80.34 = $421.21/mo (~₹36,650/mo) against the original $908.85/mo App Runner bill — a 46% reduction. See EZRECRUIT_INFRA_COST_REDUCTION_PLAN.md §3.1e–g.
